Flooding has continued in central and Eastern Europe this weekend, with some 5,000 people evacuating their homes in Poland and western Russia, according to a video report from NBC’s Today Show. Conditions are particularly bad in several Siberian villages due to ice damming up a river. According to a report from Deutsche Welle, the death toll in Poland reached 12 this Saturday.
