Video: Lawyer risks death to protect seas
Tony Oposa is an environmental lawyer who campaigns to protect the seas around Bantayan Island in the province of Cebu, Philippines. He is also on the board of trustees at the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL) in Washington, DC. Oposa is fighting illegal fishing such as fishing using dynamite, which threatens the marine ecology of the Philippines.
