The Gulf Coast Oil Spill has become nothing short of unspeakable incompetence. It’s been well over a month since the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded and the spill began and there is still no hope in sight of recovery and BP has yet to come up with a method that actually works. Their so-called “top kill” method more or less amounted to nothing more than plugging the well—a clogged drain or spout if you will and like all other efforts, that failed, too (big surprise).
